Dara is celebrated for his innovative techniques and meticulous attention to detail. Ciara's passion is baking and cooking using a holistic Soil to Soul approach. This means carefully considering ingredients; fresh, foraged and storecupboard to create delicious meals throughout the year. Ciara is passionate about using local, seasonal produce and with a busy family life knows that often flexibility and simplicity is key. Ciara’s teaching approach is hands-on and engaging, often incorporating practical tips and tricks that help demystify the baking process. Her background in hospitality and tourism alongwith her deep love of the area allow her to deliver insights that are both practical and inspiring.
