Festive Baking - Tuesday 10th December

Join us for this patisserie workshop to get into the spirit of the season, we’ll have a warm drink and mince pies on arrival. This fun festive class includes the following

• Make and Decorate Your Own Yule Log: Create a beautiful Yule Log centrepiece to take home, you’ll have the skills to recreate to share with your family and friends. 

• Learn to make Christmas biscuits; our favourite little festive bites Ricciarelli (demo) and Cantuccini are perfect to enjoy over the season or to give as gifts
• Choux Concorde: Learn how to make choux pastry from scratch and meringue for beautifully decorated choux buns, a delicious festive dessert or afternoon tea treat.

The class runs from 6pm - 9pm
