Soil to Soul - Cookery Workshop - Sunday 27th October

In this cooking workshop, Ciara will take you step by step through three Autumnal dishes; a lunch, a dinner and a sweet, with hands on participation and demos. Ciara will use produce from local growers and foraged from the beautiful Causeway Coast and Glens. 

Each plate will showcase the season’s best and you will learn more about the importance of diversity and fresh food in your diet, including guidance on how to create a vegetarian forward approach in your home cooking.  

You’ll be able to ask questions throughout and get handy tips and guidance on incorporating the recipes into your weekly routine, along with ideas for leftovers and alternatives.

We will get the chance to eat together and you can take home your beautiful dishes.  This is a series of four different menus celebrating the autumn season and the journey of food from the soil to our soul.

This class runs from 5pm - 8pm
